Outdoor Family Photography – boulder

As a third generation Colorado native, I love where  I live.  The big blue sky, the thin clean air, the mountains and the seasons — it’s all been written in my bones.  When we moved to our house out in the country this past spring, it was snowing every week and the gems of life here were still unknown.  With each photo session on this land, I fall more in love with this space.  It’s just the best place ever for photography.  Downtown at the rainbow brick wall or at Chautauqua and Wonderland Trail, you often have to share the settings with other photographers (have I ever mentioned how many photographers there are in Boulder?!).  But out here, it’s just open space, mountain views, golden fields, sunflowers, dirt roads, sky and sunshine all to ourselves.  I am living a dream life being able to photograph these beautiful families in all kinds of settings just steps away from my back door.  Here’s another summer portrait session of yet another beautiful Boulder family.  Chloe had her senior photo session at the beginning of the month, and her family decided they needed more.  Here’s a peek!
