Garden portrait photography is my favorite. When you put a little girl in the middle of a garden of wildflowers and play peek-a-boo or blow bubbles, you just can’t go wrong. For this session, I used my 50 mm 1.4 prime lens to get that dreamy depth of field in front of and behind this little girl. I love that we have photo sessions of Rosalie when she was a newborn, at three months, 7 months, 9 months, and now a year. Rosalie has changed and grown so much, but her big, kind brown eyes have stayed the same.
